Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (GDBA) have 42 servers hosting approximately 900 clients. Client software suits include Windows 9x / NT/ 2000, Microsoft Office 97 / 2000 / XP, Outlook 97 / 98 / 2000 / XP, Bespoke FirstClass systems for legacy integration with Word. LAN and WAN connectivity was an essential part of my role to allow the nation-wide charity to run efficiently. Role was to manage workflow and effective use of personnel in addition to being the final line of support.

 

Sept 1998 – Apr 2000: Technical Consultant Company: Coverpoint Solutions Limited
